Seth Godin calls frustration the “evil twin of learning” (in book “What to do when it’s your turn”). Fear might be the “evil twin” of speaking a language you’re learning. Author Steven Pressfield calls this the Resistance: the force inside us all the holds us back from doing what’s probably best for us.
What could you do to speak Irish more? Does it feel scary? That’s natural, and it’s probably a good sign that you’re on the right path.
Thanks to Tsukumo as always, for their music that you hear on this episode of the Bitesize Irish podcast.
