Family plays an important role in one’s life. Having strong characters around helps us grow and develop a positive attitude and habits. For most of us, these strong characters are our parents, but other people may also play a big part in our childhood and adolescence.
While there is no clear definition of what being the perfect parent is, we can all agree that we should strive to be (at least) great parents, to help our children grow and provide them support whenever we have the chance.
We’re glad to see that many Americans with Irish heritage are doing their best to teach their children about their family’s history and to allow them to connect with relatives from Ireland.
