People usually recommend us to sleep 7-8 hours each night so we can get a full-night rest. Until anyone proves that this may not be true, we should always try to get a full-night sleep, you know – to have a better “tomorrow”.
But, we would also recommend doing something else. You may think that saying “Good night” to your better half or family just before you go to sleep isn’t a big thing, but it is! It even may help you sleep better since you have a chance to connect with the people who are close to your heart.
Even if you don’t have someone close to tell them “Good Night”, you may want to say the words out loud just to trick your brain into getting you to sleeping faster. We don’t know if there are any studies about this, but we think there should be, right?
Now, if you want to apply the above advice and you’re learning our beautiful language, watch the following video and you’ll learn how to say “Good Night” in Irish Gaelic.

I,m irish but I don’t know how to say it
Love this! My kiddos have enjoyed learning and saying good night in Irish. It has them excited to learn more. They really want to be able to say something like “stop you are annoying me” in Irish. Could you consider doing a blog post or video on something like that? Thanks so much!
