The Emeral Diaries - The Secrets of an Irish Clan
Mary’s novel: The Emeral Diaries – The Secrets of an Irish Clan is up for grabs.

Mary is a novelist, writer, and singer. (You can hear our previous podcast episodes with her here and here).

Her novel “The Emerald Diaries – Secrets of an Irish Clan” is now available for purchase for your ebook reader, including Kindle. You can purchase the digital (or physical) copy of her book on marymurphy.ca.

To celebrate, she’s been generous enough to share with us ten download cards to give away to our lucky Bitesize clan members.

Each of the ten winners will also get a limited CD version of our album for beginners “Learn Irish With Eoin”.

How to enter – This week only

So how can you become eligible to win one of ten copies of Mary’s novel, plus a limited CD version of our album for beginners “Learn Irish With Eoin”?

At the end of Bitesize Lesson 88, click this button to either mark as revisited, or mark as completed.

Step 6: Relax, and await the results

With our Bitesize Method, you only need to take a single Bitesize lesson in a day. After step 5, you’re already automatically enrolled to be a potential winner of the ebook download card and a copy of our limited CD “Learn Irish With Eoin”.

Our ten winners will each be able to specify their preference for either a Kind or other version of the ebook. Then, we’ll do our best to distribute the download cards fairly, but it’s very possible you’ll receive a format other than your preference, if you’re a winner.

Then just sit back, and relax. (Consider coming back the following day to take another Bitesize lesson just for fun). After the closing day of Sunday November 30th 2014, we’ll be in touch with the winners, and will post the results below as a comment.

If you have questions or problems, just leave a reply below! And we’ll be in touch with you.

P.S. Happy Thanksgiving to all our American Bitesizers this week.

  2. Even though I’ve done lesson 88 more than once in the past, I couldn’t pass up the chance to win some new material from Bitesize. So I’ve “revisited” 88 and now wait patiently with fingers crossed 🙂
Eoin I do hope you, Sasa, Liam and Uisce are doing well as the Holiday season approaches !

  3. Renee Garvey Halm

Eoin, what a brilliant way to have people enter a contest! I’ve done Lesson 88 and am now enthusiastic again! 🙂 I did the lesson on my Android smartphone and was unable to get the audio to play. Has anyone else had this problem? I have to go to bed now because tomorrow I am spending Thanksgiving at the home of mo chlann! ☺

    1. Renee, I hope you’re well! Happy Thanksgiving.

Our Bitesize lessons are designed to play on Android. We’ll email you to find out more – I wonder if it’s an older version of Android. If not, we have more investigation to do.

  4. Alas, I am too late to win since the closing date is stated as Sunday, November 23. I will take lesson 88 anyhow because it will be good for me.

  5. I’d love to win “Learn Irish With Eoin”. My son is trying to learn Gaelic for a year long project in his High School class. He could really use the help. I’m also learning along with him on Bitesize.

  6. How wonderfully appropriate to promote Mary Murphy’s revised novel “The Emerald Diaries – Secrets of an Irish Clan“ with the Bitesize Irish Gaelic Lesson 88 on Family.

  7. Michaela Bartl-Flynn

My great-grandmother’s name was Mary Murphy 😀 and I love learning the Irish language. I do wish for the luck of the Irish 😉
